Orders & Payments
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We deliver to all regions within the United Kingdom and to every country in Europe. If you are unsure whether we ship to your exact location, feel free to contact our support team before placing your order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders to the UK and Europe come with free tracked shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

How long is processing time?

Lost orders are either replaced or refunded, depending on your preference.

We offer returns within 60 days of delivery. Items must be in unused condition, with tags attached and original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is covered by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items—those are fully covered by us.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect products at no additional cost.
If you selected the wrong size, please request a return and place a new order for the correct item.

We will resolve the issue immediately with a replacement or refund.
