We offer free tracked shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partners in China and delivered directly to customers in the United Kingdom.
Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days after order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs checks, carrier delays, severe weather, peak periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will keep you informed if we become aware of a significant delay.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after dispatch.
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.
