Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise. The total payable amount is shown at checkout before you confirm the order. Payment is processed securely through the payment methods offered at checkout.
After you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement by email. We may cancel or refuse an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, information is incorrect or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
We provide free tracked shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched from fulfilment partners in China and are usually delivered within 5–10 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our extended return period allows eligible returns to be requested within 30 days after delivery. UK customers also have statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights. Conditions, return costs, exclusions and refund timing are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Contact us promptly if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory remedies.
